DOWNLOAD THE CONSENT FORM AND PLEDGE FORM. These forms must be completed and turned in before beginning the ride.
The first 100 people to register by August 17th will receive Ride for Heather shirts.
You can register in advance by sending your consent form, pledge form, and $30 entrance fee to:

You will also be able to register the day of the ride at Ride Headquarters Trailer at the Prairie Trail parking lot. (parking lot located at Hwy 151 and Winnebago Drive trail head)
